Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We strive to provide you with the best experience possible, and we understand that plans may sometimes change.

Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour or transfer date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour or transfer date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or transfer date will not be refunded.
• If you need to reschedule your tour or transfer, please note that a rescheduling fee of 30% of the total booking cost will apply. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour or transfer, you will receive a full refund.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made in writing (via email or phone).

Refunds will be processed in accordance with the timeframes outlined above.
